Hostel 1904 on behalf of the Administration of the institution, I am glad to welcome our guests. We are ready to provide the most comfortable conditions for residents, and we will do everything, that depends on us, so that you feel at home during your stay in our hostel. Before settling down, please, familiarize yourself with the rules of staying in the hostel.

Check-in at the hostel and work schedule

We work without days off, applications for accommodation are accepted 24 hours a day.

Estimated time:

  • During check-in - 14:00. If the guest arrived earlier, payment for half a day is included in the final amount of the calculation, according to the current tariffs.
  • During departure - 12:00. Allowed after check-out with the hostel administration, at the same time, the client pays an additional markup in the amount 50% from the daily cost of accommodation.

During the check-in process, the client needs to confirm his identity – a passport or document will do, that replaces it. In addition to a passport, persons with foreign citizenship must provide the hostel staff with a migration card, issued when crossing the state border of Ukraine.

When checking in, guests are asked to fill out the Application Form as confirmation, that the information provided to them is reliable. The fact of filling out this application-questionnaire is the client's formal consent to the following rules of accommodation in the hostel:

Persons are allowed to move in, who have reached adulthood, as well as citizens under the age of 18 years, provided they are accompanied by adults.

  • On persons, who accompany minors, including children's groups, is responsible for the safety of wards.
  • If there are still free places in the room, the Administration reserves the right to settle residents.
  • Tariffing of services is within the immediate area of ​​exclusive competence of the Administration. Payment for services by the client is carried out in accordance with the established procedure
  • In the case of family accommodation, children are younger 5 years, a separate bed-place is not provided, at the same time, the accommodation fee is also not charged. By agreement with the administration, such a separate bed can be provided for an additional fee.

These rules prohibit

  • Accommodation in a room and access to the territory of common use of domestic animals.
  • Storing perishable foods and foods with strong odors outside the refrigerator.
  • Storage of weapons (as cold, and firearms).
  • Storage of poisonous, harmful, explosive and flammable and other substances and materials, the free circulation of which is prohibited in Ukraine.
  • Use of tobacco in the premises of the hostel, hookahs, electronic cigarettes and other smoking devices
  • Placing large objects in the room.
  • Invite third parties to the number;
  • Transfer keys to individuals, who do not live in the hostel;
  • Leaving the number, leave the door open.

Security guarantees

A personal key to the room is issued to the registered guest during the entire period of stay. Leaving the number, hand over the key to our employee at the reception. In case of loss of the key, the client pays a penalty, the size of which is determined by the Administration.

Hostel employees are not responsible for keeping property left in the room. We recommend keeping cash and valuables in a safe deposit box.

Accommodation

Our main task is to provide each guest with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. We take all necessary measures to achieve it. If one of the guests poses a threat to the safety of the rest of the hostel residents, The administration reserves the right to refuse further accommodation. At the same time, there is no compensation for violators of the order.

Paying for room accommodation, the client receives a number of additional services and bonuses:

  • Free Wi-Fi internet connection;
  • Round-the-clock access to toilets and showers;
  • Upon check-in, the required number of sets of towels and bed linen is issued;
  • Free storage of valuables;
  • Use of the common dining and recreation area.

Agreeing to the Rules of Residence, the guest undertakes to observe order and maintain cleanliness in the hostel. Starting with 22:00 and ending 06:00 silent mode is in effect, non-compliance with which is equated to an administrative violation.

Separately, we remind you of the need to follow the rules, that provide fire safety. The use of heating devices and open flames in the room is prohibited, smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are also prohibited. That person is responsible for violating fire safety rules, which violated them.

Using kitchen equipment, should be carefully cleaned up after yourself. Cleaning of the territory and premises is carried out daily, at the same time, guests undertake to maintain cleanliness in their own room and common areas (showers, the kitchen, bathrooms).

If the guest's actions resulted in property damage or loss, belonging to the hostel, a fine is imposed on him, the size of which is calculated according to the approved price list.

Only a friendly and business-like form of communication between guests and hostel staff is allowed. The following actions will be equated to violations:

  • Communicating with others in a rude manner in raised tones;
  • Use of profanity and obscene expressions;
  • Intentional pollution of the territory and premises of the church;
  • Intentional damage to the property or premises of the hostel or other guests.

Violators of the listed rules will be subject to measures of influence in the form of early eviction from the room without payment compensation.

In case of damage to the property of the hostel, the guest is obliged to pay its cost on the spot before leaving the hostel. In case of non-payment on the spot, the value of the damaged property shall be recovered from the guilty party in court along with 100% an increase in its value and compensation for legal expenses of the Hostel owner.
